The Challenge
Andy Chatman was a member of White Amber’s start-up team, responsible for designing and prototyping a web-based application allowing Fortune 500s to manage their contingent personnel, from interviews and hiring through time sheets and payment.
The Solution
Mac ‘n Motion created an interactive prototype of the application, tying every screen to live data. Once the prototype was accepted and tested, it was hard coded by a team of programmers in java servlets. We then developed a series of interactive training modules, as seen below, to teach both internal sales and external customers how to use the application.
The Results
White Amber had a successful launch, selling its solution to companies such as Xerox, Wachovia and KPMG . Eventually it was successfully sold to San Francisco-based RecruitSoft.
